About

I'm Alexandra, an artist and surface designer based in Bulgaria.

My work moves between traditional painting and digital illustration, with a particular interest in the natural world, colour, and decorative form. I’m drawn to botanical subjects and the process of taking something observed in nature and translating it through shape, texture and pattern.

In my fine art practice, I work primarily in oils, creating original paintings that explore colour, light and the organic forms found in the landscape. Alongside this, I develop surface pattern collections for licensing, combining hand-drawn and digitally created elements into artwork designed for textiles, stationery, homeware and other products.

I am currently available for art licensing, commissions and selected creative collaborations.
